Security group guidelines and resident participation

On October 28, the Security Committee reminded WhatsApp group members to keep discussions focused on security, genuine emergencies and constructive suggestions. Members were asked to be respectful, avoid political or religious discussions and unnecessary forwards, check information before sharing it, and protect other members' privacy. Members were also asked to reserve late-night messages for urgent matters.

Residents were encouraged to offer practical suggestions and attend the committee's fortnightly meetings. The messages reviewed did not include confirmed time and venue details for the next meeting.
